After we’ve exchanged some initial information and I’ve answered any questions you may have, I’ll send you a questionnaire to help me understand the key details of your book and your design preferences. To complete the questionnaire, I’ll need your full name and address. Unfortunately, I cannot accept questionnaires without this information. Naturally, I treat your personal data confidentially and will not share it with third parties. Once I’ve reviewed your answers, you’ll receive a personalized quote tailored to your project. You’ll then have two weeks to accept or decline the offer. If you decide to work with me, I’ll send you the first invoice for 50% of the total project cost. This initial payment is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the commission. Once the payment has arrived and all outstanding questions have been clarified, I’ll begin working on your designs. As soon as possible after the project begins, you’ll receive your design drafts with a watermark. Don’t worry—the watermark will be removed from the final files. Your package includes up to three rounds of revisions. Please make sure to collect all your requested changes in a single email for each round, as only three revision rounds are included in the price. Once you’re happy with the cover, I’ll send you the second invoice for the remaining balance. After receiving your payment, I’ll email you your finished, watermark-free files via a Google Drive link.
